Who needs to enroll in Nevada Medicaid?

Any provider who would like to receive Medicaid reimbursement for services rendered to Medicaid recipients. This includes rendering and billing providers, groups, and facilities.

How doI enroll?

Enrollment information and the Online Provider Enrollment Portal link are at Nevada Medicaid (nv.gov) (select “Provider Enrollment” from the “Providers” menu.

What information do I need?

Effective January 12, 2019, all providers will be required to submit their Provider Enrollment Applications electronically via the Online Provider
Enrollment (OPE) Tool at https://www.medicaid.nv.gov/hcp42/provider/Home/tabid/477/Default.aspx  as paper enrollment applications will no longer be accepted with the go-live of the new modernized Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).

How to track enrollment?

To track the status of your enrollment, you may go to check the Enrollment Status (nv.gov) site and enter your Tracking Number and Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN or EIN) that you used for your enrollment.

Who should I contact with further questions?

If you have any questions about enrollment, please call Nevada Medicaid at (877) 638-3472. When calling, select the prompts for “Nevada Medicaid Provider,” then 0 for all other calls, and then 5 for “Provider Enrollment.”
