Annual Puerto Rico Medicare Provider Compliance Trainings

Welcome Eye Care Professional!

To comply with CMS training requirements related to First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities (FDR), all Medicare contracted-providers must attest upon contracting and annually thereafter that they have completed the below Medicare Compliance Trainings for themselves and their staff (admin staff, provider care coordination staff, clinical or support staff that coordinate and/or deliver services and benefits to Medicare members). Provider offices should maintain evidence of staff that completed the trainings to provide to Envolve Vision upon request.
